The official words come that Samsung will produce a 12.1" notebook, the NC20. The NC20 is a larger cousin to the NC10 netbook from Samsung and this larger version will use a Via Nano processor.VIA, who is likely quite happy with the Psion netbook trademark situation, has always referred to these small notebooks as "mini notebooks" rather than recognize Intel’s "netbook" preference and that’s what VIA is calling the NC20. This new notebook from Samsung will use a 1.3 GHz VIA Nano processor and a 12.1" display that delivers 1280×800 resolution and has 1.3 MP web camera. The integrated VIA Chrome9 graphics set this apart from the Atom-based netbooks shipping today.
